The Speechpath Zendesk App enables call interaction direct to your Zendesk account. When a new call is received, a notification windows displays the the matching contact and/or organization in your Zendesk account. The App also allows a one-click ability to create new support tickets or open existing tickets. Using the Zendesk App greatly reduces the time spent searching for a client’s record and also empowers the agent with all the information on-hand before answering the call. The Zendesk App is browser based so requires no downloading and is operating system independent.
