With PBX hacking on the increase, and toll fraud costing companies thousands we address this by locking a customer’s VoIP account down to a list of accepted IP addresses. We also set a cap on customer accounts so no over-usage occurs without consent. We will be introducing further measures in the coming months.
We monitor all our interconnections to carriers for fault codes and act rapidly if not automatically on receipt of any of these. Using our monitoring service brings our downtime to a minimum if such an event was to occur.
We trace every call for SIP information which is vital for any reseller involved in setting up a VoIP customer. We find this helps solve VoIP issues in minutes rather than days, particularly intermittent problems.
